Al and Debbie Erturk originally started their company because after moving to Florida, they discovered that their daughter was terribly allergic to insect bites, and they wanted to give her the opportunity to fully enjoy the benefits of living in a state where so much time is spent outdoors.

With that inspiration in mind, Landmark Pools deemed the best course would be to actually demolish the existing pool and start from scratch. The original pool was elevated two feet above the ground and was a geometric shape – not at all what Steve and Shari envisioned.
