            Nearby, the raised spa glimmers with glass mosaic tile in earthy tones that reflect the surrounding natural palette. The spa was elevated just six inches, a detail that makes a surprisingly strong visual impact without interrupting the harmony of the layout.             During the design process, John also considered how the pool would look from inside the house, not just from the patio. To enhance the grounded, organic feeling, artificial turf was laid in clean lines between stone pavers, providing contrast, color, and softness underfoot.
