Re-Imagine Your Outdoor Space with a New Pool in Orlando, Florida
The residents of this 90’s home in Winter Springs were aware that their pool area looked dull and tired, and that they needed a better space for entertaining, although they did not want to change the geometric footprint of the original one.
The designers at Premier Pools of Central Florida, Inc. (PPCF) were able to totally refurbish their existing pool, and not just by resurfacing and adding new tile. They brought the pool up to date with special features such as sun shelves, which are fabulous for sunbathing or just sitting and relaxing in the shallow water. The sun shelf wraps around the shallow end near the spa and is accentuated with star-field fiber optic lights and LED bubblers. All of the pool’s operating systems were upgraded to make it safer, easier to maintain, and more energy-efficient. The lights on the rock feature are wired together. The pool lights, spa lights, pool accent lights, LED bubblers, fiber optics, and rock feature lights are all on separate transformers, allowing for an abundance of light shows. The homeowners were happy to say goodbye to their stamped concrete and embraced the new deck of Scabos French Pattern Travertine with Scabos 6x12 bullnose coping that added remarkable texture and visual interest. They were also delighted with their new state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen which boasts a soaring cypress tongue and groove ceiling and rafters that make their outdoor space flow seamlessly from their indoor spaces. Quartz backsplashes are stunning and provide easy maintenance. The long stone undulating counters provide plenty of additional dining area. They could not be happier with the stunning work of rock artist, Rodrigo Cardona and outdoor kitchen expert, Henry Menezes of Romel Builders LLC. PPCF turned this once drab pool area into a beautiful and efficient entertainment Mecca.
