Our Five Favorite HGTV Shows
We've seen them all, and we're excited to share our five favorite shows on HGTV!
Let’s face it, we’re all addicted to HGTV! This channel has it all, and with such a wide selection, it can be hard to choose which show to watch. We’ve seen them all, and we’re excited to share our five favorites.
- Rehab Addict
Nicole Curtis is a self-proclaimed ‘rehab addict.’ She has a passion for restoring beauty to homes long past their prime, and isn’t afraid to get dirty! Nicole’s eye for design, thriftiness, and spunky personality are what we love about this show. Trust us, watch one episode and you’ll be addicted to Rehab Addict.
- Property Brothers
Jonathan and Drew Scott are the Property Brothers. They promise to transform a “run-down wreck into the home of your dreams.” They have a knack for seeing past the rough exterior, and fully investing in the home’s potential. Match that with the brothers’ witty banter, and you have a winning show.
- House Hunters
This is the one that started it all. House Hunters is an HGTV classic! An expert realty team is tasked with matching a couple with the home of their dreams. This show has inspired spinoffs like House Hunters International and House Hunters Renovation, but the original is our favorite!
- Love It Or List It
Love It or List It follows couples who can’t decide to renovate their homes, or put them on the market. Realtor, David, pleads with the couple to sell, and designer, Hilary, fights for the couple to stay. This adversarial duo will keep your eyes glued to the screen, and your hearts rooting for your favorite!
- Design On A Dime
Design on a Dime features a team charged with the task of renovating a home with a budget of only $1,000. Later in the series, designer Casey Noble tackles the toughest makeovers with a bigger budget of $2,500. You’ll learn some great tips to apply to your home makeover!
