For the first few years he ran everything including sales, overseeing the projects and payroll. You name it, Dan did it. At that point Dan needed help, so he turned to his wife, Tracie and brought her into the fold. Now, working as a husband and wife team isn’t often easy, but they buckled down and navigated family and business together and have successfully done so for the past 20 years. Though Premier has grown to include more experts, they have successfully maintained the “family business” atmosphere. Their team members are some of the best in the industry, and many have been with the company for more than 10 years. The business has weathered many storms.
