Custom Organization Systems for Every Room in Your Home

Our designers can create usable space and turn your home into a sanctuary with a place for everything and where everything is in its place. We call it the art of organization.

A Rich, Bespoke Look

Closet Factory Senior Design Consultant Katie Rizzo Green

In the heart of a Mediterranean-style Longwood residence lies the latest showpiece from Closet Factory—an expertly crafted solution to a common challenge: not enough space. The homeowners called in Senior Designer Katie Rizzo Green to transform their primary suite into one spacious, functional haven.

The homeowners wanted something more than the standard all-white, modern closet. They sought a design that resonated with the Spanish influences of their home, craving a look that was bold, sophisticated, and steeped in character. Katie rose to the challenge, crafting a rich, academia-inspired ambiance with deep, dark wood tones, intricate door fixtures, and carefully curated high-end lighting.

“This was no ordinary closet,” Katie says. “We worked hand-in-hand with the homeowners to create custom wood-painted doors, ornate glass accents, and lighting that felt as luxurious as it was functional.”

The Longwood project isn’t just a storage solution—it’s a statement. Beautiful, elegant, and fully aligned with the homeowners’ style and offering a true sense of luxury.

A Place for Everything:

Closet Factory Senior Design Consultant Ileana Fajardo

As a designer for Closet Factory, Ileana Fajardo’s Number One goal is to be sure she takes a careful look at a client’s current situation and future needs. She calls it a puzzle with pieces that have to fit together to ensure function, beauty and potential.

With Ileana’s help, Becky Dorman of Casselberry decided on a pull-out jewelry cabinet, pull-out laundry baskets, swivel-out mirrors and a retractable wardrobe arm within the four closets they installed for her family. She has lighted glass shelves and slanted shelves to showcase her purses and shoes.

Becky said that working with Ileana—who previously had 30 years in the office furniture and design industry—has been a pleasure.

“She is Johnny on the Spot,” said Becky. “She’s there on time and does what she says she’s going to do. From the measurements on down, there’s never been any delay.”

Ileana, meanwhile, gives credit to Closet Factory’s professional installers—many with the company for six years or more—who garner great client feedback and bring her designs to life.

Whispers of Wine:

Closet Factory Senior Design Consultant Ashley Culhane

Ashley Culhane has been with Closet Factory since 2023 and was quickly promoted to Senior Designer after her strong design expertise emerged.

This wine display exudes warmth with rich, deep tones of stained walnut on a solid maple countertop contrasted by simple yet timeless white shaker cabinetry. The lights accent the wine softly with the perfect amount of ambiance. This project is more than just a wine display, it’s a statement piece and an experience—where the beauty of the room itself enhances the pleasure of wine tasting.

Ashley has an all-around love for design coming from a background of graphic design and home design consulting in the remodeling industry. She loves showcasing endless design possibilities to clients looking for a dream transformation within their home. She is an exceptional organizer and takes pride in streamlining spatial awareness and functionality.

“I truly love working for Closet Factory; it is the career of my dreams! The support from our office staff, engineers, production team, installers, and management make all the difference in my success. My team stands behind me and I stand behind them as we all work together seamlessly to make our client’s vision come to life.”

No matter the size of the space, she blends functionality with elegance that makes each project feel like a work of art.
